One of the most exciting trends in all of medicine over the last 30 years has been the huge influx in medicine and treatments from the Far East. Since civilization in China has been going on for significantly longer than it has in many other parts of the world, it only makes sense that they might have treatments and cures that the rest of the world doesn’t know about. This logic translates to the world of acne medication, too. Let’s take a look at one popular acne medication that is very inexpensive, all natural and can be made in your very own kitchen.
First, you will need approximately ten grams of chickpeas, powdered, or crushed into tiny bits. Second, you will need ten grams of the popular spice turmeric. Last, you will need a cup of whole milk cottage cheese. Combine the three ingredients and mix completely. Then, take a soft cloth and apply the mixture to your face. Make sure you gently rub the mixture into any parts of the face that are especially prone to acne. Allow the natural mask to dry and then wash off with warm water and moisturizing soap. You can repeat this mask up to three times a week as needed.
Another popular Far East acne treatment and for skin problems in general is to use garlic directly on the skin. For obvious reasons, this treatment should probably only be done at night before you go to bed and not at the beginning of your day before you leave the house. Simply buy a single garlic clove and, using a garlic press, mince one clove. Apply the minced garlic to the face, concentrating on already existing acne. Wash off the garlic after 20-30 minutes and repeat as often as you like.
