Natural Acne Remedies

With the invention of the Internet, people form around the world can now learn about everything from cars to music to health care in a matter of minutes. For the people out there that practice all natural medicine, the Internet has proven to be an absolute godsend. And with the rising cost of most acne medications, those folks who wish to battle pimples without the harsh, skin damaging chemicals most cleansers and creams have, the Internet has proven to be invaluable.

For those folks who have tried such common sense treatments like a balanced diet and vitamin supplements, but find that they still need a little extra help often turn to secondary cures such as tea tree oil and aloe vera instead of expensive chemical laden creams and gels that are sold at drug stores everywhere. You can purchase pure aloe (or better yet, buy your own aloe plant at a local greenhouse) and tea tree oil at most health food stores and even at some grocery stores. They provide many beneficial aspects to your skin without any risk of skin damage.

For generations, Australians have been using tea tree oil as a general cure all. It is often found in many Australian shampoos and conditioners, and is also a main ingredient in all natural bar soaps that are made especially for acne sufferers. Most health food stores have tea tree oil soap as well as pure tea tree oil that you can apply directly to pimples you have.

Aloe is much better known in North America and in Europe as the ultimate natural skin healer. Perfect for cuts and burns, applying aloe directly to pimples helps to give your skin the boost it needs to get healthy. You can also find aloe in many health stores, but by having an aloe plant at home, you can simply break open one of its thick cactus-like leaves and apply the gel-like aloe directly to the skin. You can’t get much more natural than that!
